Help! I lost my Progress!
Losing progress can be very frustrating, but in most instances we can restore your lost progress. Note that the majority of your account info is not stored on your device, but is instead linked to your online account(s). First, check that your proper Google Play Games account (on Android) or Game Center account (on iOS) is connected. If you had a Facebook account connected previously, make sure that this is connected as well. Then, close and restart your game. This will most likely fix your issue.
